Dans le cadre du Festival littéraire international Métropolis Bleu, profitez d'une rencontre exceptionnelle pour faire la connaissance de l'autrice sud-coréenne de renommée internationale Bora Chung et de son traducteur vers l'anglais, Anton Hur, dans une suite privée de l'Hôtel 10, où se déroule l'ensemble du festival.

La traduction anglaise du roman Cursed Bunny de Bora Chung s'est retrouvée parmi les finalistes du International Booker Prize en 2022. La même année, une autre traduction d'Anton Hur, Love in the Big City de l'auteur Sang Young Park, faisait aussi partie de la sélection finale de ce prix. Et avant cela, la Librairie Saga fut la première librairie dans le monde à tenir en stock des exemplaires papier de Cursed Bunny !

La rencontre aura lieu dans une suite privée de l'Hôtel 10  le samedi 27 avril de 10h à 11h30. Les places sont très limitées, donc ne tardez pas à réserver vos billets !

As part of the Blue Metropolis International Literary Festival, you are invited to an exclusive meeting with the world-renowned South Korean author Bora Chung and her English translator, Anton Hur, in a private suite of Hotel 10, where most of the festival is taking place.

The English translation of Cursed Bunny by Bora Chung was one of the shortlisted finalists of the International Booker Prize in 2022. The same year, another translation by Anton Hur, Love in the Big City by Sang Young Park, was also past of the final selection of this award. And before that, Saga Bookstore was the first bookstore in the world to carry physical copies in stock of Cursed Bunny! 

The meet-up will take place in a private suite of the Hotel 10 on Saturday, April 27th from 10am to 11:30am. Places are very limited, so do not wait too long before booking your tickets!

Please make sure to leave a valid email and/or phone number to reach you after your purchase so we can communicate the exact details regarding the event. 

It will be possible to get your copies of Cursed Bunny or Your Utopia signed during the event, but a proof or purchase (receipt) from Saga will be requested.

Coffee, tea and pastries will be offered at the event, during which everyone will be able to discuss in a cozy atmosphere with our two guests, the Saga team and other attending fans!
